Our architectural portfolio has grown to include a wide variety of project types since the inception of our practice in 1984. The firm is based in Delta, B.C. with a broad spectrum of projects located throughout the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island, Northern B.C. and Washington State. The firm is registered through the Architectural Institute of BC and operates as a limited corporation.

Our emphasis on establishing & maintaining good working relations with clients, regulatory authorities & contractors helps us achieve a consistent level of client service.

Our experience with a diverse range of public and private interests includes mixed use architecture, neighbourhood planning, and feasibility studies for proposed zoning bylaws in unique neighbourhoods.

Ongoing working relationships & collaboration with associated consultants allows for integrated approach to design along with expanded resources and expertise to meet each unique project.

Professional services are provided for all phases of project development from site planning, feasibility studies, building programes & conceptual design to project costing, tendering, contractor selection, and construction supervision.
