Our firm has been recognized with the following awards for various single family residential projects, heritage restorations, and community service.
- 2006 Delta Heritage Preservation Award for the restoration of the Kerr House on Arthur Drive.
- British Columbia Heritage Society Award of Outstanding Achievement for restoration of the Alexander/Gunn farmhouse built by the Alexander family in 1884 followed by an addition in 1891. The Gunn family took possession of the farm in 1903 and made changes to suit their needs over time.
- 3 Georgie awards for residential renovations /additions.
- Heritage Society of British Columbia Award for the restoration of the Inverholme Schoolhouse at Deas Island Regional Park.
- Heritage award given to Delta Museum and Archives for exterior restorations.
- Corporation of Delta award to the owners of the Reynolds heritage farmhouse for restorations & additions.
- Heritage Society of British Columbia 'Award of Honor' for the restoration of the Cammidge Farmhouse at Boundary Bay Regional Park.
- Corporation of Delta award for restoration of the Cammidge farmhouse.
- Heritage Society of British Columbia 'Outstanding Achievement Award' for the restoration of the Cammidge Farmhouse at Boundary Bay Regional Park.
- GVRD Parks award for community service related to Boundary Bay Regional Park.
