Restoration of the Alexander/Gunn farmhouse has just been completed and has recently received a British Columbia Heritage Society Award of Outstanding Achievement. The simple Frontier style farmhouse was built by the Alexander family in 1884 followed by a more ornate Victorian addition in 1891. The Gunn family took possession of the farm in 1903 and made changes to suit their needs over time.
